Entrance Exams
Medical Programs Entrance Exam
A written entrance examination (along with the entrance interview) is compulsory for students applying to the following programs:
- Basic Medicine Course
- Medicine
- Dentistry
- Pharmacy
Written Entrance Exam
A written test, consisting of multiple-choice questions, definitions, calculations, etc., is required for Biology (mandatory for all applicants) and either Chemistry or Physics (as per the applicant’s preference). The written test has a duration of 50 minutes.
Entrance Interview
As part of the oral interview, the committee tests the English communication skills and the motivation of the applicant. All the applicants need to appear in an entrance interview.
For the following programs, only an entrance interview (no written exam) is conducted:
- BSc in Physiotherapy
- BSc in Public Health
- BSc Nurse
- BSc in Dietetics
- MSc in Public Health
- MSc in Molecular Biology
- MSc in Complex Rehabilitation
- MSc in Health Social Work
- MA Social Work and Social Economy
The language of the entrance examination and interview is English.
Possible results in exam
- Admitted (to the first year)
- Admitted to Basic Medicine Course (preparatory program)
- Rejected
- In certain cases, the exam committee can offer acceptance to a different study program.
The overall exam performance is taken into consideration and the scores of different parts of the exam are for internal use only and not to be communicated to the applicants.
